TIPS FOR RESPONDING TO SUSPECTED SEXUAL ABUSE

If you suspect your child is being sexually abused, speak with loving messages that convey that you believe what the child has disclosed, that you are glad that the child trusted you enough to tell you, and that you will do everything you can to make sure the abuse stops.
