April is both National Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) and National Child Abuse Prevention Month. When we started Lauren’s Kids 15 years ago, our mission was clear – to prevent child abuse through education and awareness, and help survivors heal with guidance and support… but never could we have imagined the powerful army we’d build. This April, join Lauren’s Kids as we reflect upon the last 15 years, honor the 42 million survivors of child sexual abuse living in the U.S. today, and recommit to Keep Shining Light – together.
