GIVE MIAMI DAY is coming up on Thursday, November 19(with Early Giving beginning November 16th and POWER HOUR big deal matching from 11 am – 12 noon on the 19th) – and I have some BIG NEWS to share with you about an opportunity you do NOT want to miss.
Our awesome Chairman (and my dad), Ron Book, knows how important this Give Miami Day is – and he has agreed that any Lauren’s Kids donor who contributes $500 will get the opportunity to choose a song for him to KARAOKE LIVE. This is going to be a once in a lifetime opportunity – full of fun humility – and all in the name of supporting children healing through trauma. While this mission has always been important, with the FBI warning about incidents of abuse spiking during stress of COVID-19, our mission has never been more critical and our efforts to support children, families, educators, and advocacy centers have never been more life-savingly urgent.
