In order to help your school earn a Safer, Smarter School designation, please document your implementation progress in the boxes below by filling in the date of completion for each lesson. After implementing the entire curriculum, please identify how many students successfully completed all six lessons.
If you are an educator who is teaching the curriculum to multiple classes, please fill out a progress form for each individual class by clicking the “Add a Class” button.
